M&K Truck Centers expands Ohio, Pennsylvania territory with acquisition

M&K Truck Centers will acquire most of the assets of Austinburg Truck Center in Austinburg, Ohio.

The company will support the territory expansion from the 56,000-square-foot Austinburg facility. It will offer Mack, Volvo and East products and support services from Austinburg. M&K negotiated for the additional Ohio counties of Columbiana, Erie, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Summit and Trumbull, and these counties in Pennsylvania: Butler and Mercer.

"This expansion allows us to increase our capabilities and physical presence in the Northeast region," says Josh Wolf, M&K's COO. "Our dedication remains on satisfying all of our customers' requirements and offering exceptional customer service during this transition and for many years ahead." 

The acquisition expands M&K's footprint to 28 locations in six states, with a full network of locations along the I-80, I-90, I-76 and I-70 corridors.
