OTC releases new air/hydraulic bottle jacks

New bottle jacks from OTC

OTC released new bottle jacks on Wednesday.

The new jacks range in power from 12 tons to 30 tons. The heavy-duty air/hydraulic bottle jacks meet or exceed the newest ASME PASE safety standards for portable automotive service equipment, the company says.

The Air/Hydraulic Seres BT 12P 12-Ton, BT20P 20-Ton and BT30P 30-Ton can be operated manually or with shop air. The air-assist feature raises the lifting arm to the work surface with fewer pumps. The minimum air pressure required is 100 PSI to move the ram and lift objects.

All OTC bottle jacks feature a compact, heavy-duty design. A forged base and cylinder ensure strength and eliminates leaks. The chromed pump piston and ram increase rust resistance and helps to extend service life. The inline design increases ease of use for both positioning and lifting. The built-in extension screw gives added height when needed.
