Felling Trailers named Backing the Blue Line as the beneficiary of the 12th annual 2024 Trailer for a Cause auction.
Backing the Blue Line was chosen by Felling Trailers' employees. It is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Minnesota's law enforcement community, providing services, labor and assistance during times of illness, injury or tragedy and celebrating milestones.
"We respect and appreciate our local and state law enforcement officers and recognize what they lay on the line each day they put on their uniform and leave home for their shift to protect our communities," says Brenda Jennissen, president and CEO of Felling Trailers. "We're thankful to live and work in communities that are protected by these professional men and women who choose to wear the badge."
Previous Trailer for a Cause auctions have raised more than $44,000 for nonprofit organizations such as ACT on ALZ-Alzheimer's, the Lymphoma Research Foundation, Minnesota Fire Fighters Foundation, Eagle's Healing Nest and Pockets of Hope.
Felling will work with Backing the Blue Line to generate awareness about work they do for the officers and families they serve. The trailer auction is set for fall.
